CareerPharm is the pharmacy employment and career development service of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP). CareerPharm exclusively services the hospital and health system markets and offers recruiters many opportunities to reach pharmacy job seekers:
- Post jobs online using our job board;
- Place print ads in the American Journal of Health-System Pharmacy (AJHP);
- Participate in our recruiting event, the Personnel Placement Service (PPS), at ASHP’s Midyear Clinical Meeting; or
- Combine all three products for a powerful recruiting strategy and access to the best and most broad audience of health-system pharmacists.
What You Need to Know
- You DO NOT need to be an ASHP member to utilize CareerPharm’s services.
- To use our online services, you need to create a CareerPharm account. Scroll to the top of this page and choose the Sign Up link to create your account.
- If you already have an ASHP username and password, you can sign in and create your CareerPharm account now.
- CareerPharm has created a specific area for agencies. As an Agent you can create a client list, view client information and make individual client purchases from one log in. You'll be able to create individual usernames and passwords for your clients so they can view their jobs and conduct searches. Scroll to the top of this page and choose the Sign Up link to get started. Make sure you choose Agency when you're creating your account.
- CareerPharm Online and PPS services are both featured on this website; however, PPS job postings are different from CareerPharm. Please see details for both to determine how to participate.

Featured Employer Ads
Featured Employer ads are only available to employers with active job postings on our site. Featured Employers are like banner ads, but even better. They include:
- Awareness building for your organization with direct links to your organization's pharmacy openings on CareerPharm.
- A spotlight on the homepage and on every page of www.careerpharm.com.
A profile of your organization and a list of all the jobs you have posted on CareerPharm with links to the complete job descriptions.

Banner advertising is available on both CareerPharm and ASHP websites in a variety of sizes with package pricing opportunities available.
