PPS Overview

PPS is a national pharmacy recruiting event that takes place annually. Participating in PPS allows employers to conduct interviews during a 4 day period where the largest number of pharmacists are gathering at one time, ASHP’s Midyear Clinical Meeting. With its focus on improving patient care, the Midyear is attended by more than 20,000 pharmacy professionals from 86 countries.

PPS and Midyear registration are processed separately; however, you must register and pay for both to conduct interviews in PPS.

Using the PPS job board on this site between September and December, employers can post jobs, conduct web searches, and contact candidates to schedule interviews. Once at the meeting you are provided an interview space to meet with candidates.
