Important Dates to Remember

October 24

• Last day for early pricing.
• Last day to cancel for a refund.

October 25

• Search feature opens – candidates and employers can begin searching.
• Deadline for job postings to be included in the PPS Advance Job Listings book.
• Ad artwork dealine for advertising in the PPS Advance Job Listings book. 

November 3

• Date the Freeman contractor will begin accepting materials at the warehouse. See Booth Set Up and Shipping Information link for details. 

November 18

• Last day to enter Additional Staff

November 23

• Freeman advance warehouse deadline. Shipments received after this date will incur additional charges. Note that advance warehouse will be closed November 24-25.

December 3

• Set-up and interview prep day at PPS from noon-5:00 pm
• Date the Freeman contractor will begin accepting materials at show site.

December 4-7

• PPS open for interviews and registration 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
