Important Dates to Remember

October 21

Last day for early pricing.
Last day to get jobs submitted for inclusion in Job Listing Books.
Last day to cancel for a refund.

October 22

Search feature opens – candidates and employers can begin searching.

October 26

Ad artwork deadline for advertising in the advance listings books.

November 6

Date the Freeman contractor will begin accepting materials at the warehouse*.

November 24

Last day to enter Additional Staff

November 30

Freeman warehouse deadline. Shipments received after this date will incur additional charges*.

December 5

Set-up and interview prep day at PPS from noon-5:00 pm
Date the Freeman contractor will begin accepting materials at show site.

December 6-9

PPS open for interviews and registration 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
