Midyear Registration and Additional Recruiting Staff

All pharmacists should register for the Midyear Clinical Meeting. Pharmacists on your staff assisting with recruiting should enter their name and ASHP ID number in the online Additional Staff Form (click the "Add Staff" button below for access).  The ID number used for their Midyear registration must match the ID on the Additional Staff Form. If it does not, we will not be able to provide PPS symbol on their badge. They will have to pick up a sticker to add to their badge, onsite. The deadline to enter names on the form is November 24.

Non-Pharmacist Recruiters

Human resources executives, recruiting and administrative staff do not need to be registered for the Midyear. We will provide them with a PPS Interviewer badge when they arrive. These badges can be picked up at the Employer Information desk, inside the PPS hall beginning Saturday, December 5 at noon.
