Managing your PPS Booth

Bringing display panels, literature, and give a-ways for your booth is acceptable. These should be delivered via the exhibit contractor, Freeman.

Please note, we have changed the paper/mailbox communication system this year.  PPS mailoboxes for candidates are to be used for interview requests only.  Any literature for prospective candidates will need to be distributed at your booth. You should also conduct candidates searches and communicate via the PPS messaging system online. Remember that all prospective candidates must be registered for the MCM and PPS.

To help facilitate onsite searches and candidate communications you may arrange for internet access and electrical (the Sands in not a wireless facility) for laptop computers. We will have 50 computers in PPS and you may also access the PPS site from any other computer, at any time. Having a laptop in PPS will help if you have not had time to conduct a thorough search prior to arriving at PPS and for searching for late/onsite registrants.

All arrangements can be made through the online service kit. Click here for instructions and forms.

Shipping Deadlines

FREEMAN will accept crated, boxed or skidded materials beginning NOVEMBER 6, 2009 at the address below. Materials arriving after NOVEMBER 30, 2009 will be received at the warehouse with an additional after deadline charge. Warehouse freight will be delivered prior to exhibitor set up. If warehouse freight has to be moved in on a weekend in order to be in the exhibitors’ booth for move-in day, an overtime charge may apply. Click here for address information.

Internet/Electrical

Internet and Electrical Connections are arranged through the Sands Convention Center. Click here for instructions and forms.

For your reference, electrical connections will cost approximately $90 for one – two lap tops (5AMP/500 Watt). Internet access is $1,200 for one IP address. Additional IP addresses cost $125 each. Prices are for the duration of the event.

If you are sharing space you may want to coordinate and share the cost.
