Username Help Information

When you register as a user on CareerPharm, you get to pick a username that is easy to remember. You may login using either this username OR the ASHP 8-digit ID# (member or customer ID) and password you use to log-in to ASHP’s web site.

If you have forgotten either your password or your username, click the Forgot Password link. You will be asked a security question that you selected when you created your account. Once you have correctly answered this question, your password can either be displayed or emailed to you.
