Purchasing Job Advertising
Purchasing with a PO
You may use our online purchase
order system to place an order for a job. Click Buy
More Jobs from the
left panel of your MyCareerPharm home page. You will
then be given two options (Purchase via credit card
or purchase via online PO). Choosing the PO option
has some limitations to keep in mind, however.
- First,
you MUST fax a copy of the signed PO to us as well
as completing the online form. Once we
receive
the fax, NEW CUSTOMERS will have to wait three business
days for us to vet the account to protect our candidates.
At that point, you’ll be able to log in to “activate” your
job and make it public.
- Once you have made an online
PO purchase and been vetted, all future purchases
with a PO in that account
will be instantaneous, but you are still required
to fax a signed PO to us.
Recruiters: If you are a recruiter
managing multiple accounts for different clients,
it’s best to
contact our customer service department directly
so that you can forego the 3-day waiting period.

Card
You may also purchase job advertisements with a
credit card. Credit card purchasing is fast and easy
and allows
you to activate your job instantly. Click “Buy
More Jobs” from the left panel of your MyCareerPharm
home page. You will then be given two options (Purchase
via credit card or purchase via online PO). Select
the credit card option.
Recruiters: If you are having
trouble purchasing via credit card due to the fact
that you cannot change
the billing address on the account you’ve set
up for your client, please call us at 1-866-279-0681
(USA and Canada) and explain to the customer service
representative that you’d like to purchase a
job for a client but would like to select a different
bill-to
address.
