Job Description

INPATIENT PHARMACY SUPERVISOR
CEDARS-SINAI MEDICAL CENTER
LOS ANGELES, CA 90048
 
Cedars-Sinai Medical Center is seeking highly motivated individuals with initiative and a commitment to excellence to lead our Inpatient Pharmacy Teams.

Selected candidates will be responsible for supervision of pharmacists and technicians and pharmacy operations, performance reviews for staff, participation in medical center and medical staff committees and initiatives, new program development and implementation, as well as quality improvement. Fosters team work and interdisciplinary collaboration. Ensures consistency and quality of clinical services and compliance with regulatory requirements. Serves as Administrator on Call on a rotating basis. Responsible for staffing in area on a routine basis (up to 20%). Exemplary written and verbal skills as well as a strong commitment to patient care are required. Management experience desired.

These positions require:
 
• Graduate of an accredited Pharmacy School with a Pharm. D. degree.
• Current California State Board of Pharmacy issued Pharmacist License.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
